i have been talking to stbx by email for the last 4 hours. he wants to fire both attorneys and finish this off on our own. i am losing faith in my lawyer, as i see him doing absolutely nothing for me or MY son.i am going to lose my house to forclosure. my credit is already going down the tubes. x moved out and never made another payment on the house, and he know i could never afford it now. as we have an upside down loan. we were in what they call a short term marriage, but that sure doesn't make it any easier. i am trying to find another place to move into, but it is rough around a small town.
