Why are you filing if he's the one who wants the divorce? Let him cover the legal costs if he wants it so bad. My stbx asked me for a divorce. I did the filing because I needed to put and end to the financial bleeding. He spends way more than he makes, and now I'll pay for that in the divorce since I've always made more than him. You can't win.
I'm not trying to talk down on what you're doing, just trying to figure out why you're doing it the way you are.
