well, I am not angry anymore at my lawyer, I finally realized what he was trying to do. I was informed that to protect my own rights to file first, so that is why I did it. I have been through one divorce before but it was diff. state and reasons. This time I filed to protect myself and the kids. It is working so far anyway and hopefully the stupid thing will be all over with soon. He is a jack ass and doesn't want to contribute anything except for court ordered CS and that is it. I saw your other post too and I'm not sure but he may have to pay back CS to you if you haven't been given any. If you want to PM me sometime you can.
