Just this past week, paid a consulttion fee of $250 to the legendary meanest female divorce attorney in our tri-counties. My main question . . . can my daughter and I leave the house until the divorce would be final. Her response - NO, if you do it's abandonment and you will not be entitled to ANY assets. Was she high or what?
