I have a question on property. My stbx crashed is vehicle during x-mas. He has two trucks, older models, one my son is driving, the other is just sitting there. He also has two motorcycles. He took a job in Washington DC and now he is coming back because he needs a car. He wants one of my vehicles. Can he take it even if the divorce isn't final? Is the legel speration binding enough to keep his paws off my stuff?
