I'm new to this, but have a question on this topic. My husband and I have been seperated for one month after 22 years of being together and I havent worked in 10 years (stay at home mom) he says after I get a job I have to help out w/ the bills and pay my credit card payment and my car ins. Right now I am only able to make about $800/month. I have 2 kids to take care of, I live in the house and also kept the dogs. So how am I suppose to pay bills w/ my pay and right now hes only giving $75.00/week? Is there a law or something that says he left so he has to pay till we sell the house or what?
