Feel Stuck and Alone- not sure to go or stay

I live in MD. I have 3 children and am a stay at home mom. Things are not good, lots of fighting and disrespect. I know he won't leave but I have heard that leaving is abandoment and will haunt me if we do on to divorce. Any advice?
