i am looking for some answers here. maybe some one can help. i am dating a man that has recently got a divorce. all this divorce stuff has been going on for over a year now. we started talking shortly after he seperated from his wife. this is all very hard to explain, but i will do my best. we are older and i was married for a long time to a mean man and because of my past i am not quick to jump back into a relationship, much less marriage. well, we have decided to move in together after his divorce has been finalized. he has one child from the marriage. my question is, what kind of issues are we facing with visitation and us not being married. please help.
