Hello. My wife filed for an uncontested divorce in June. We signed the papers and our 60 days were up 8/28/06. How can I find out when the court date is? She says her attorney is waiting for a date from the court and the court tells me that it is up to her attorney to set a date. I just want to get this over with.We both live in Shelby County TN.
