My husband agreed to a divorce at one point {only a ploy to get me excited} asking for 50/50. I wouldn't agree. He has a drinking problem and is Bi-Polar. However even though he totally destroyed our marriage, he wants me to be responsible for 50% of dental bills, etc. I'm not responsible to breaking up our family, and I refuse to give him 50/50. Right now I'm paying 100%. But at least he is not able to do anything to destroy the security my daughter has.
Since we have not been to court and has not been told to pay he doesn't offer 10% of her upkeep. Real loser.
