advice needed

So, I had my pre-hearing last week to get a court order for shared/joint custody. He tried to take days away from me, but the mediator didn't allow it.
Anyway, I just got a letter yesterday saying that my lowsy stbx wants me to pay child support and spousal support. I have a hearing in a few weeks. My question is, if we have joint custody will he be able to collect child support? Also, what determines spousal support?
Please help!!....I live in PA, if that helps any...

If you are 50/50 on custody the parent that has the least amount of income can petition the court for child support. SS, I have no idea.

also if one parent pays bills associated to the child (insurance, child care, etc) that would be factored in.

I just had my hearing today...my stbx wasn't able to get child support or spousal support....however, he had his sister write a letter saying that she provides child care for my son during the day, which isn't true...my mother-in-law agreed to watch our son for no charge to help us out....it's strange all of a sudden they now want money...also, since my name is still on the mortgage, my husband wants me to make payments....i will end up having to pay my stbx up to $400.00. What can i do??...how do i force him to sell the house or should i sign the house over to him???....i need help!
