Mediation Services?

My STBX need help deciding what is fair as far as division of property, and if I should receive any spousal support or settlement from him (or maybe he from me?). We both want to be fair. Does anyone have any experience with divorce mediation? We'd like to meet with one attorney who'll look at what's fair for both of us.

A single lawyer cannot fairly represent both of your interests.
A better process is to go off and meet with lawyers or other consultants and individually get an idea of what you think is fair for each of you. Then meet with a mediator and negotiate and meet somewhere in the middle on it.
