Idaho divorce laws

MY husband and I are both military, neither residents of Idaho. We were married in NC. Can we follow Idahos divorce laws, seeing as neither of us are residents, or do we have to go by NC's? Also, does Idaho require a period of mandatory seperation before a divore, and if so, do you have to go to an Attorney to draw up the paperwork to file, or can you draw up an agreement yourselves, have it notarized and filed? Thanks.

and if so, do you have to go to an Attorney to draw up the paperwork to file, or can you draw up an agreement yourselves, have it notarized and filed? Thanks.

If you wish to file for legal seperation, how do you do that?
