If our daughter is going to cosmetology school? Do they consider that college? Is it worth the fight? Or will he at least have to pay CS until she is finished? Thank you for any info. |

It is considered Post Secondary Education, and will be up to the discretion of the Judge. But, as a previous college student myself, I can tell you to never let lack of funding stop your children from going to college! There are Pell Grants, Stafford Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loans and plenty of Scholarships out there to look into. Yes even for Cosmetology school, I personally know someone who went to Cosmetology school on a Pell Grant. thanks for all the info. She's going if her dad will help or not. I will make sure of it. 3rd job if I have to. What is not worth it is arguing with her dad about it. That is not worth any amount of money to me anymore. |
