I need some good advice and a good attorney. I have had 3 attorneys in KY and still ended up with nothing from my divorce settlement and because I moved back to my hometown 25 miles away, we got joint custody, but he is the primary. I was ordered to pay him support...which was inaccurately calculated by the Judge. (all of his income was not included) and he makes about 35,000 more than I do per year. I have filed an appeal, but need a great attorney who will fight for me and get my kids back home. Any suggestions?

Overtuning a custody decision is all but impossible. What part are you appealing? The only things that are appealable are if the judge did something that is not within the law. Moving 35 miles away is why you had no chance. Judges almost always rule to keep the children where they are at.
