Military Disability

I need help. I got hurt in Iraq and the Army gave me 20% Disability, now I am divorcing my wife and she wants 50% of that money. I'm living in Texas. Can she get that 50%? Hopefully not. If you have the answer please send it to victorroman67@msn.com Thanks

Good morning. I am new to this, so please bear with me. I am also curious about child support and VA disability. I am self-supporting so I do not want spousal support. But I am afraid that since my husband receives VA Disability Benefits and Social Security, that I will not be able to get child support for our two daughters. Can anyone offer advice?

If your stbx is getting SSD, you can apply to get the dependent benefits sent to you as long as you are the residential parent.
