Restraining order

We live in Montana and have a restraining order filed with the court that prohibits either party from selling, transferring etc. any property, it also states that the parties must notify the other if any extraordinary expenses are incurred. My STBX has purchased 2 4 wheelers for his grand kids and did not nofify me, he is letting the car he bought for me get reposessed because "he can't afford the payment" but can spend at least $3000 on 4 wheelers. At the bottom of the restraining order is says that any violation to this order is cause for criminal action. What can I do, can he get into trouble for this? Please help.

Re: Restraining order

Well I would suppose he would be in trouble if he was supposed to make the payments on the car and isnt. Not sure what the LAw is in Montana but in ORegon after you have filed the orders neither party can creata a debt in the name of the other, but good luck my ex went on vacation using MY credit card. yOU COULD FILE PAPERS ON THAT AND HOPEFULLY GET IT INTO COURT, HAVE THE JUDGE ORDER HIM TO MAKE THOSE PAYMENTS IF HE WAS SUPPOSED TO ... THAT SHOULD BE CONTEMPT OF COURT. i AM NOT SURE OF ALL THE LAWS IN mONTANA JUST LEARNING THEM MYSELF. iF THE EX ISNT DOING WHAT HE IS SUPPOSED TO TAKE CARE OF IT NOW BECAUSE THERE MAY BE A LIMIT THAT YOU CAN GO BACK ON IT.
