Moving on

My husband of three years is filling for divorce after being separted for over a year. We have both moved on with our lives hes planning a wedding when this is final, and me I'm pregant. My question is this does the Nebraska law state anywhere that while being pregnant you can not get divorced even if the baby is one hundred precent not the ex's.

One of the girls that works for a day care that i take my daughter to couldn't get her divorce finalized until AFTER she had the baby. But that was here in north platte. don't know if it applies to where your at but hope it helps.
