living situation

Own a house - stbxw does not live in it. I do not live in it. I am currently seeking a place to live as I am nearly homeless. Divorce is still in process; the house has not been awarded to either party yet. Can I live in it until it is at least divided up considering that I pay the mortgage??

Why wouldn't you be able to live in your own home?? I don't get it!! Move in until the divorce has been settled and the property is sold and you have the funds to purchase another place.
