How bad would it be to just move out? Is there some recorse for abandoment? No children. Been married 4 years. Own home under both names. Can I lose my share of the house if I leave?

I'm not 100% certain but you might. As I understand, you could just write up a note and have it signed and notorized stating you are moving out, but not abandoning.

Desertion requires an absence of at least 1 year to be an actionable cause for a fault divorce . IF a divorce is filed you could be required to pay a share of the mortgage .

Don't think moving out will change your right to the house. It'd be better to record an incident of a nasty fight in which the other side threatens your physical or emotional well being.
