I'm not clear at all because I've heard different things. If my husband is going out with someone now before the divorce is final, will this affect the divorce in any way. I can only hope.

Sadly, the court won't care if he is with someone else. A lot of us are here because our spouse was with someone before separation/divorce and it didn't help us at all.

You are quite right, it doesn't factor at all that he's with someone else before things are legalized. My stbx is living off and on with this lady and it won't play a factor at all on the outcome of our divorce. So, don't even fret or lose any sleep that he's with another woman. Just look long term and realize..soon it will be a part of your past. That's what I do on a daily basis..good luck!

i WISH! with all that is in me!
OH AND i wish the consequences would increase
with the number of women
(during the last year of marriage would be good enough for me)
with how often they bring the 'new person' around the kids.
and
they should get Really legally slaughtered if they live with the SO during the interum of filing and finalization.
(sound good, ssracheal? wonder if we could implement such action asap...yeah riiiiggghhhtttt)
