dear forum
i have a 7 year old autistic son whom lives with his mother nearby.
i have joint legal custody and visitation every other weekend.
i am trying to get any general information i can on a male companion thet spends more time with my son than i am able to do.
his mother has refused to give out any info and said her lawyer said i have no rifght to know. is this the case?
please advise as to what steps i should take here.
it seems ridiculous that as the father of this autistic child i have no right to even get general information about an individual that spends more time with my son than i do.

please advise.
