My husband moved out about 3 1/2 mnths ago and I turned out pregnant before he left. He left due to starting a relationship with a coworker. He told me he filed for divorce however I would like to move back home to my family with my children due to his adultery and domestic violence in the presence of my children. My question is can he make the court force me to stay in the state during the process if so?

You are free to move anywhere you like unless divorce/child custody procedings are commenced by him in the state in which you currently reside .
