drug abuse

what is the necessary burden of proof required to substansiate drug abuse in il? i have nothing legal, would only maybe get people's testimony. would this be enough? would i have to drag in an overwhelming number of people to testify? how about a journal listing days and events? don't really want to do this, maybe a hollow threat to an early agreement? thanks for reply

I'm not sure you need a burden of proof. I was told by my lawyer that the court can simply order a drug test right there on the spot for proof.

You need to establish a pattern before they ask for a drug test. An order can be done for a random drop test. The company gets the order and then they randomly call that person. They have 2 hours to report for a urine test. If they don't show, it is assumed positive.
In order to get it, you have to file the allegations. The person gets a hearing to protest it. Will cost you about 30 hrs worth of lawyers fees minimum.
