Divorce question
I have filed for divorce in March and the wife's lawyer is trying to get me to accept an offer from my wife to settle assets etc. I will not settle due to her venture in getting loans for this and that. Can I use e-mails she sent to her sister where she has been hiding financial intrests without informing me? Can I use this against her in court legally?

Unless those emails were sent to you, then no, you can't use them in court. However, show these to your attorney. Your spouse must show a complete financial disclosure, if asked to do so. Those emails should lead you to those assets/financial interests.
