Co-Habitation
Can anyone tell me what the laws in MA are about co-habitation? My boyfriend is separated, and is going thinking about giving up his current place and moving in with me... will this effect the outcome of his divorce? I know MA is a non-fault state, but we don't want any problems...

Hi,
Im seperated in MA and living with my new girlfriend. My wife was succesful in getting an order that does not allow for my girlfriend to be with my son. I'm still having supervised visits for nine months now due to all the false accusations my wife has made. But my attorney said its very common for judges to grant "no third party introductions or paramours" as they word it. I looked in the dictionary and paramour is one's lover, typically an illicit one. Again, my wife petitioned for it so I dont know if your boyfriends ex is the same. That is an evil, manipulating, lying, Narcasitic sociopath that's destroyed my entire life. So I kind of have the worst possible coming at me and the system is happy to do her bidding for her without any proof or reason. I'd be careful. Good Luck.
