we are filling to divorce question is it possible for her to collect on past dept she paid on my credit card which was 5000.00
she used 25000.00 from her 401k loan for one of my credit card dept and home upgrades

I am not sure if she can. After my separation I sold most of my stock portfolio to pay off all of our credit card and auto debt. We both agreed to this. I felt that if I was going to have to give him 1/2 my portfolio and he would take 1/2 the debt it was only fair. He sold his motorcycle to pay his share. Now our only debt is on the house.
