Well I am lost. I filed for divorce in July and have been to court once since then. That was for visitation. Now i am still in limbo. My lawyer told me to relax these things take up to 18 months. I feel like he is not moving. The only thing being fought is the house. Which i don;t want and i don't want any money from the sale.
He wants me to pay half the morg. I left cause i felt threatend and my name is not on the morg, so my lawyer said don't pay and get out. Well because of this he thinks i should not get child support. I am so frustated with the legal system. I feel that no matter what i do i am at a loss.
