After being divorced for more than ten years, I am in a position where I may retire. My xwife does not want any of my pension plan benefits and we are trying to find out how to modify or change our settlement agreement so she does not have to receive my pension plan payments. Is there a form that can be filed by me without an attorney since it is mutual that we want to change this portion of our settlement agreement. My company won't make any change unless the court approves it.
