New Hampshire Divorce Appeal
|
|
I recently had a Marital Master make a ruling in favor of my wife giving her almost double what she had requested in the divorce. I do not have money for an attorney. Can I get one pro bono or file an appeal myself? The attorney I had early on stated in our firt hearing with Marital Master Love (NH version of a judge wannabe) that in the 10 years he dealt with her, she hardly ever weighed in any favor for the man and told me to watch her roll her eyes as the husband's side was presented. She did exactly that which I find to show extreme bias from the start. I could no longer afford my attorney and in the final trial requested a continuance which was denied. Is there anything I can do to stop my wife from getting the 70/30 of the property after all her debt is subtracted from the sale first?
