I am wanting a divorce from my wife because i am tired of her consatntly judging and blowing things out of proportion. This has caused me to lose frineds and cause riffs in my family. The problem i run into is that she is disable and i am worried that she will get everything and i will have nothing. We have tried counseling and it usually her complaining about past issues that i thought were rectified and she never mentioned them to me till one of our sessions. The worst of it is the friends i lost are because the saw her cheating on me, but didn't have proof so i didn't believe them. If i divorce what are my legal aspect so i don't lose everything?
