Code of moral conduct

Does anyone have the verbage for code of moral conduct regarding no overnight visitation while one party or the other is living with or having members of the opposite sex stay over? Can I enforce this prior to the divorce papers being drawn and filed?

I am very interested in this myself. My soon to be ex-husband is living with the woman he had an affair with and I don't think that is appropriate for my son to see. If you have any information about the no overnight visitors, please let me know. Thank you.
