In my opinion OK laws are messed up.

My husband has been divorced for 7 years now and he is in my opinion getting railroaded by OK laws. Let me tell you a little about his situation. His ex 11 years ago told him that she was pregnant with child "a". He then decides to marry her to support his child. Joins the military, gets stationed overseas, during which time ex wife reports his only source of money, his debit card stolen, 2 weeks after he gets there, she says he is spending too much money. So for a year he lives over seas with no more than $50.00 a month to live off of. He survives the overseas ordeal and comes home for a visit sleeps with her the first night he was back at home and then finds out that she had other men living at the home my husband had been paying for. And then finds out that she had been sleeping with these men too, one of which was a family member. She calls him after he goes back to Texas where he is then assigned to live for a while. And she tells him for the second time that she is now pregnant again with twins. Daughter "a" is now 4 years old. He then tells her that he wants a divorce because of what she did to him while he was overseas. The twins were born and then ex tells him that for some reason the state told her that she needed to take a paternity test with the first daughter and it came back that first daughter was not even my husbands child after all. So then he asked for a paternity test with the twins but they turned out to be his. They get the divorce and c/s is set acordingly. We meet and move back to OK and he while changing jobs has no insurance coverage for the twins for 6 months. Ex calls and harasses him for not having insurance for them. finally insurance is provided for them and everything is running smooth for a whild. They then go back to court for modification of c/s. The new ammount doubles her monthly income, the persentages are 87% for his share and 13% for her share. She then tells my husband that sh is not going to use the providers on the insurance that he provides for them. So now he has doubled her income and is paying for 87% of all medical bills for them. Now what upsets me the most about all this is that she has a degree in accounting and she has turned down a $32,000.00 a year job so the courts think she is this single parent with no education and an income of a little over $1000.00 a month. Why cant the courts take in to consideration her level of education and say that she could be making alot more than she is making now? It is rediculous the way the non-custodial parent gets no rights and the custodial parents have everybody on their side. She also failed to mention to the judge that she is getting supplimental security income for one of the twins. And she recieves help from family members, basically free rent. all of these things should have been taken into consideration when computing the c/s, am I right?

Thanks
