ex fighting new proposed amount ( Long )

Just wondering if anybody else has had this situation.
a couple years ago my ex had his support amount reduced to 166. per month, I waited for his new buisness ( he had done the same type of work before the divorce) to get going and put in for a change, the proposed amount was 245.00 he said he wasnt making any money, he fought that and we had another hearing the new amount was set to $586.00 I guess the judge felt he was hiding something or could do better. anyway he is arguing that, he has retained an attorney here in Oregon ( he currently lives in Montana) His attorney recently sent me a paper "request for production of documents" It is a weird thing as it requsts copies of all Tax returns 2004- 2006 understandable Income records year to date income records financial statements. promissory notes bank accounts and statements Loans Child care health insurance applications for credit bankruptsy my credit report all this is understandable except for credit report, that isnt any of his buisness is it? They are also requesting all papers I own all photos I own all mediia and books what the Heck? seems like just tax records and bank records would show everything. I would like to have him (or better yet get them directly from IRS and his bank) the reson for this is because the 2005 tax report he used as evidence for the last hearing I dont not believe is really the final document . Does anybody know how I can request that he produce these documents. I do not have an attorney. It appears he is trying to say that if I can suport these kids with tons of help from my parents that he shouldnt have to what do you think. I own and operate a small 1 person ( me) buisness that does painting repo cleanups lawn care odd jobs. We started this buisness together about 14 years ago, I ended up with the biz in the divorce as I was the one working it. He did it off and on and had gone back to work at the mill. I did it for a while got tired of himaccusing me of making big money and took a job at a nursing home for t years did a little with the biz and stated doing it only since about June of 2005. We have 2 teenage boys, he sees them 6 day at Chritmas break and about a month in the smmer althought he is allowed spring break as well.

I am going through the same thing, and just went hrough a temporary child support hearing (I have custody of our three children), Her lawyer requested , and I was forced to provide all of the same documentation, and because of the fact that her lawyer portrayed her as sacrificing her career for the childrens sake (not even close to the truth)
not only was the child support denied I was ordered to pay $700.00 a month in spousal support.

How did you supply all that? Did you send papers requesting that she provide the same? What state was this in, just wondering what to expect, except that the ex will make a fool of himself. I do not make a lot of money. Not much actually.
