spouse is collecting workman's comp and money from a private disability policy as well as money from our car insurance company (I believe he got a settlement from them) the total is 8000.00 a month. Spouse walked out recently. I Haven't filed yet. Workman's comp will probably make settlement soon. Will I get child support? He's trying to get away with not paying anything.
