married for six years. filed for divorce september 2005. spouse was awarded almost 1200 a month in spousal support. i am still in the house, it didn't sell. i am paying the mortgage and every bill we had. now she is trying to get my pension and my 403b. what are the chances of this happening. every time i see my attorney, i get a different answer. i need to hear from people that this has happened to for advice. when will this nightmare end and what is going to be settled. me and the ex do not talk at all
