I am a registered sex offender in the state of Washington and my wife has moved to Colorado with my 3 year old daughter. I molested my stepdaughter which is her biological daughter and now she won't allow me to see my biological daughter. I don't want to wait for her to file for divorce. What steps do i need to take to start the divorce and have some type of visitation rights with my own daughter?
