wants to kick me out

my wife owns the house..She says she can kick me out TODAY if she wanted to...Don't I have a certain number of days by law to vacate what is also my residency...or can she throw my things out today??

Legally no , it's the marital residence and you don't have to leave unless served with a court order granting her exclusive use of the home .
