Ok well back in FEB my husband i and filed for divorce, everything just for the pure fact of we were both tired of trying was, agreeable.. long story short, even after all the problems we had, we have managed to still talk and become alot closer then what we where... So we are living together.. However, we aren't sure if we are married or divorced. We have two children and I think they said we had to take a class before it was final, but the papers are signed and dated. So are we or are we not? We still aren't sure if we are ment to be together, but its nice to know. ;) thanks
You generally have to sign twice to get divorced: Once to file for divorce and again to accept the settlement. If you do the former and never get around to the latter, you are still fully married; The filing is eventually purged.
