I cannot find a clear definition of what is included regarding "In-kind income" for the state of Colorado, as it pertains to the child support calculation.
For instance, is an employer-matched contribution to a Health Savings Account or a Flexible Spending Account considered in-kind income? Sure seems like it would be since it is money that the employee can use later, but it is not addressed anywhere that I can find.
Or, what about an employer covering healthcare costs for an empoyee at a stated per month cost of say, $300/month?
