Last week my stbx e-mailed me stating he would not pay any more mortage or truck payments, about $1200.00 worth. Problem contacted lawyer last Thursday. He would contact judge and see what could be done. It has been 8 days now he has not talked to judge and will not return my calls. Payments are late and I don't have the funds. Any suggestions!!!!!

E-mail stbx to see if he wants the house put up for sale. If you cannot afford it and there's not going to be enough support to maintain it, you'll probably have to sell it & go into something smaller, anyways. Better get a start on it now before nasty things like foreclosure & other things start happening... you'll get more equity out of it if you sell it before "forclosure" or "sale ordered by divorce judge" show up on the MLS.
Selling would be almost imposible for me this farm has been in my family 85 years and it would kill myself and kids if it sold. Also my stbx has the $$ to make payments he is just trying to push me to accept his settlement. This stuff sure su*ks.
