MISSED EARLY CASE CONFERENCE

I HAVE MOVED A COUPLE TIMES SINCE MY SEPARATION. I GUESS MY EX HAD PAPERS SERVED TO MY OLD HOUSE AND ONE OF MY OLD ROOM MATES SIGNED FOR IT AND I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF IT UNTIL TODAY! MY EARLY CASE CONFERNCE WAS SCHEDULED FOR LAST THURSDAY THE 10TH! I JUST FOUND OUT TONIGHT! WHAT CAN I DO? I DO NOT HAVE MONEY FOR ATTORNEY!!! PLEASE HELP!

Go to the courthouse ASAP and apologize for missing the hearing. See if there is anything else you missed. Get copies of your case file and read it. If it makes your eyes pinwheel, consult a lawyer.
