Protective order

My son and I are under a 30 day protective order starting May 14. My husband hasn't done anything threatening to us, but who knows what the drugs may tell him to do. I know that once the 30 days are over, he will feel that he can come over whenever he wishes. I was wondering if I should get another one to be on the safe side until we can get to court. He still feels that he is the wronged person and doesn't deserve this.
