This is my first post. Husband and I have had very turbulant 4 year marriage. We have discussed divorce and are currently seeing a therapist but he keeps bringing it up each time we argue. We have 1 child and another on the way. Our house we live in is in my name only and I pay the mortgage but was bought during the past year. He works part time and takes care of our child during the day. This is because I made more than he, did not because I didn't want to stay home. We live in Mass. If he wants to divorce can I force him to leave my house? I could afford day care for a while and/or have family that would help out with day care until we finalize a divorce and court decides who should pay what. Thanks for some guidance!
