Six weeks ago she moved in with another man and they are living together. While I was out of town she came into the house and took some of my stuf, a small inflatable pontoon boat and alot of other stuff i dont care about. Is there any way i can get my boat back? She still has alot of things here and I wont let her have any of it. She said she gave the boat to her 26 year old son. But i think her new boyfriend has it. We have no kids together and were married 5 years. Any help would be welcome. Pay the locksmith cash. File for divorce. She has stolen from you. GA law say neither party can disperse any property until the court says so.
