Hello, I am a Japanese female wanting a divorce. We were married in Nevada seven years ago, but we have been living apart for over five years - I live in Japan, have no green card or wish for one, I just want a divorce. I am not in touch with my husband and would really just like to end this "marriage". We have no children or estate to argue over. I have read the guidelines and I know I qualify for No Fault Grounds divorce, but I am unsure how I would actually file for the divorce. I would prefer to do this without a lawyer if possible. If someone could help me understand how to go about this, I would be very grateful.
