He is cheating for the last time. Got to get out. Married for 39 years. Should have left before now. Tring to file myself, no money for a lawyer. Expect to be contested. He does not know yet. Been chating with "wife" on singles site. Ha..... Called around to different lawyers and collected some info. Don't know how he will react. Planning to file contested so I do not have to confront him. Is this a good idea?? Here in GA alone. Still living with him in house. He travels now with his recent promotion. Need to talk to someone and get some feedback. Emotions run wild sometimes. Up and Down. Determined and scared of the unknown future.

I think you will get more responses if you repost your question on the general forums. It seems that more people check and answer those posts.

As far as you question, I think if your Mr. has cheated it is up to you wether you want to stay or go, I choose to leave.

My X and I were married 27 yr and I also should have left long before I did. But I tell you that It was the best thing I could have done for my peace of mind and wellbeing.

I hope you come to a good outcome for you and have faith in your ability to pull through, you can make it.
