Looking for a hard charging lawyer in Tidewater

Hi- I need a gung-ho lawyer in the Va Beach/ Norfolk area. I've spoken with one atty and she was pretty much a naysayer. I want spousal support as I am physically unable to work anymore (retired) and my husband has been emotionally abusing me for years and the effects of that finally caught up with me. Anyone familiar with proving emotional abuse, please advise also. Thanks!
