Once I get proof of the affair I'm going to visit an attorney. Main thing is I get the house and minimum support. She worked when we were married, begged to be able to quit and I've tried to get her to work more and supported all her efforts for 10 years. I don't want to punish her just don't want to deal with her any more. Any one know any good lawyers in the NOVA area? Does she make substancially more than yourself? Yeah I know the basics. I am looking for a lawyer to go over tactics. Wife does not know I know yet. The wife does not make much at all as she has refused to work for 10 years.
