How to get him out

Hello, I am looking for any suggestions on how to get my ex out (it will be 30 days this weekend) and he isn't budging. He has somewhere to go but chooses not to. I am looking for a way to push him along without changing the locks and having my daughter watch Mommy call the police on Daddy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I want to get on with MY life!

I hate to say this, but did you think the only reason he stays is because he knows you want him out?
As hard as it is; you have to ignore him. It may take some time, but evetually he will see that if it doesn't bother you, he will leave.
NOW if this idea doesn't sound thrilling, can I ask why you havne't gone after a court order to have him removed?
